Medical Council of India (MCI) re-constituted

The Central Government has appointed the new Board of Governors for Medical Council of India (MCI). Accordingly, Dr V K Paul, Member, NITI Aayog had been appointed as Chairman while Dr Randeep Guleria, Director, AIIMS, New Delhi, Dr Jagat Ram, Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh, Dr B N Gangadhar, Director, NIMHANS Bangalore, Dr Nikhil Tandon, Professor, Department of  Endocronology & Metabolism, AIIMS New Delhi, Dr S Venkatesh, Director General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and Professor Balram Bhargava, Secretary, Department of Health, Research and Director General, Indian Council of Medical Research , New Delhi had been appointed as members.
