Meghalaya DGP; tie is between two officers

For the post of new DGP, Meghalaya tie is said to be between two IPS officers- Rajiv Mohan Singh  and R P Agrawal .Singh  is of 1985 batch while Agrawal is a 1986 batch IPS officer. Both officers are presently in the cadre and posted as DGs.
