Menon Pistons Ltd appoints Digambar Shirke as Ind. Director, sees board exit

Digambar Tukaram Shirke has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of Menon Pistons Limited. Meanwhile, Ms. Neha Marathe has ceased to be an Independent Director of the company, following the completion of her second three-year term.
