MHA seeks proposals from CAPF Heads within week for NFFU & NFSG to CAPF officers

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Additional Secretary, P K Srivastatava has written letters to the Heads of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) asking them to submit proposals for grant of Non-Functional Financial Upgradation (NFFU) and Non-Functional Selection Grade (NFSG) to Group-A Executive cadre officers of CAPFs within a week. Notably, despite Cabinet decision and Supreme Court’s orders, Forces’ Headquarters are yet to send proposals to the Ministry. Many senior cadre officers are writing letters to Home Minister drawing his attention to the inordinate delay and requested him for intervention.
