Milan Kumar Singh appointed CGM/Civil, IRCON

Milan Kumar Singh, who is presently serving as Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Lumding Division, Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been selected for deputation to IRCON International Limited (IRCON) as Chief General Manager (Civil) for the Sivok–Rangpo Rail Project, Siliguri (West Bengal), for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
