Mines Ministry amends Mineral (Auction) Rules, 2015

The Ministry of Mines has made amendments to the Mineral (Auction) Rules, 2015 for capping the amount of performance security and upfront amount and as part of the Pre-Legislative Consultation Policy, comments/ suggestions are invited from the general public, Governments of States and Union Territories, mining industry stake-holders, industry associations and other persons and entities concerned. The last date to receive the comments/ suggestions is January 10, 2024.
