Ministers still waiting for PS

In the second term of NDA govt, many ministers, including senior ministers like Nitin Gadkari and Ram Vilas Paswan are still waiting for a regular Pvt Secretary (PS). The list includes Piyush Goel - Railway Minister, Hardeep Singh Puri - Civil Aviation Minister, Prahalad Patel - Tourism Minister etc. It is more than two months adhoc arrangements have been made for these ministers.
