Ministry can fill up CPSE Board level post without routing through PESB
The concerned Administrative Ministry can fill up a board level post in Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) by constituting the Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) considering directly ACC without routing through DPE and/or PESB and giving reasons in writing with the approval of the Minister
