The Ministry of Culture has got a regular boss as Secretary after almost eight months with the appointment of Vivek Agrawal, a 1994 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre. The post had been lying vacant since August and Arunish Chawla, Secretary, DIPAM was holding additional charge.
