Ministry of Defence is busy now a days in preparation of R. Day celebrations but there is little chaos in PR cell .Newly appointed Spokesperson 1997 batch IDAS officer Swaranshree Rao Rajashekar has started work but ADG, media and communication IIS officer Nidhi Pandey is on long leave.
