Ministry wants Autonomous status of DAIC ?

A meeting held in Delhi on Wednesday reportedly favoured  to give Autonomous status to Dr. Ambedkar International Centre (DAIC). The Centre comes under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. Now the question is, will the GoI give Autonomous status to DAIC?
