Minor bureaucratic changes in Kerala

Sanjay M Kaul has been given an additional charge of Expenditure Secretary and Chairman and Managing Director, Kerala Financial Corporation, while B S Thirumeni was made Commissioner, TDB and A Alexander gets additional charge of Secretary, Housing Board and Housing Commissioner. Besides, Rethan Khelkar has been given additional charge of Director of Agriculture in Kerala.
