Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in Assam

As many as seven IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Assam. Accordingly, Rajiv Kumar Bora has been given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Social Welfare while Ravi Capoor was given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Power (E) and Act East Policy Affairs Departments. Similarly, Dr J B Ekka has been given the additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, Panchayat & Rural Development; Moloy Bora is Secretary, Industries & Commerce and Act East Policy Affairs Departments; Ranjan Kumar Chakraborty is Secretary, General Administration and Secretariat Administration Departments; Dr Karuna Kumari is Additional Secretary, Panchayat & Rural Development and Oinam Sarankumar Singh was appointed as Deputy Commissioner, Tinsukia.
