Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in Bihar

As many as five IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Bihar. Accordingly, Ravi Manubhai Parmar has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Arts, Culture and Youth Welfare while Himanshu Kumar Rai was attached with GAD for posting and  Adesh Titarmare was made Director, Agriculture. Besides, Mrs Seema Tripathi has been appointed as State Transport Commissioner, Transport and Nand Kishore was made Director, Horticulture, Agriculture.
