Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in Bihar

Dr Subhash Sharma has been appointed as Development commissioner while Arun Kumar Singh was made ACS, Water Resources Department with additional charge of DG, Public Administration and Rural Development Institute, Patna and Tripurari Sharan gets additional charge of Chief Inquiry Commissioner, GAD. Besides, Sanjay Kumar Singh has been appointed as Additional CEO, Election and Vinod Singh Gunjiyal was given an additional charge of Director, Animal Husbandry.
