Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in Jharkhand

Bhagwan Das has been assigned an additional charge of Civil Security Commissioner while Gauri Shankr Minj was made Special Secretary, School Education and Literacy and Harsh Mangla is appointed as Director, Higher Education, Jharkhand. Besides, Rajiv Ranjan has been appointed as Director, Social Welfare; Abu Imran as Director, Higher Education and Divyanshu Jha was posted as Additional Municipal Commissioner, Ranchi in Chhattisgarh.
