Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in Karnataka

Four IAS officers have been given new assignments in Karnataka. Accordingly, Dr Rajkumar Khatri has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Education Department Higher Education while Gaurav Gupta was made Principal Secretary, Commerce & Industries with additional charge of Bio Technology & Science & Technology and V Yashavantha was made Commissioner for Excise with additional charge of MD, Karnataka State Bio-energy Development Board. Similarly, K B Sivakumar has been appointed as Deputy Secretary, Department of Personnel.
