Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in Karnataka

Mrs Uma Mahadevan has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, while P A Meghannavar was made Registrar, University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad and P N Ravindra is MD, National Urban Livelihood Mission. Besides, K Yalakkigowda has been appointed as Director, Panchayat Raj, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj in Karnataka.
