Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in Kerala

Anand Singh has been appointed as Kerala State Transport Project Director, with additional charge of Public Works Secretary and Food Safety Commissioner while Sivaram Sabhasiva Rao was made Kozhikode Collector and is Land Revenue Commissioner. Besides, S Chitra has been appointed as IT Mission Director and will hold additional charge of IKM director and nodal officer of e-Niyama Sabha; S Chandrasekhar as Director of Employment and Training, with additional charge of the Kerala Academy for Skills and Excellence managing director and Afsana Parveen was appointed as Deputy Secretary for the Economic and Planning Department, with additional charge of Housing in Kerala.
