Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in Kerala

Half a dozen IAS officers have been given new assignments in Kerala. Accordingly, V Venu has been appointed as Secretary, State Planning Board, while A Jayathilak will now be Revenue Secretary and K Gopalakrishnan is now Malappuram Collector.  Similarly, Navjyoth Khosa has been appointed as District Collector of Thiruvananthapuram; M Anjana as Kottayam District Collector and Ishitha Roy has been made Agricultural Production Commissioner.
