Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in Maharashtra

Sham Lal Goyal, Additional Chief Secretary and Officer on Special Duty (Appeals), Revenue & Forest Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Mumbai while Amitabh Joshi, Secretary, Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission, Mumbai, was appointed as Principal Secretary and Officer on Special Duty (Appeals), Revenue & Forest Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai and Rajesh Kumar, Principal Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Mumbai, is now as Principal Secretary (Labour), Industry, Energy and Labour Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. Besides, J P Gupta has been posted as Secretary, Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission, Mumbai.
