Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in Punjab

A number of IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Punjab. Accordingly, Baldeo Purushartha has been appointed as Secretary, Expenditure Finance Department while Arun Sekhri was made Special Secretary, Personnel and Indu Mahlotra is also MD, PSIDC. Similarly, Tej Partap Singh Phoolka has been appointed as Special Secretary, Housing & Urban Development; Deepti Uppal as  CEO, Amritsar Smart City Ltd; Vishesh Sarangal as CEO, Jalandhar Smart City Ltd; Garima Singh,(IRS), has been posted as Special Secretary, Finance and Moneesh Kumar was made Additional Secretary, Forests & Wildlife.
