Accordingly, Ms Apoorva has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department while Mangat Ram Sharma is new Commissioner of Archives and Historical Research and M S Shanmugam was made Commissioner of Museums. Similarly, T Udhayachandran D Ravichandran as Managing Director, Tamil Nadu FibreNet Corporation Limited; S Aneesh Sekhar as Executive Director of GUIDANCE Bureau; Karthikeyan as Executive Director, TIDCO and D Manikandan was posted as Joint Secretary, Home, Prohibition and Excise Department.
