Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in West Bengal

As many as seven IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in West Bengal. Accordingly, Ms Neelam Meena has been appointed as Secretary, Counsumer Affairs Department while Saurabh Kumar Das was given the additional charge of Self-Help Group & Self-Employment Department. Similarly, Mrs Sanghamitra Ghosh has been given the additional charge of Vice Chairman, WBCERC; Atri Bhattacharya as Principal Secretary, Home and Hill Affairs Department and also Tourism and Parliamentary Affairs; Dr R S Shukla as Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education, Science and Technology and Bio-technology; Vivek Kumar as Principal Secretary, Information and Cultural Affairs and Anil Verma was appointed as Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare.
