Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in West Bengal

Around one dozen IAS officers have been given new assignments in West Bengal. Accordingly, Ms Priyanka Singla has been assigned an additional charge of Additional District Magistrate, Jalpaiguri, while Ponnambalam would hold the charge of ADM, Darjeeling and Rajarshi Mitra is ADM, Hooghly. Besides, Dr Rashmi Kamal has been appointed as DM, Purba Medinipur as ED, WBIDC; Surendra Gupta as Commissioner, Burdwan division with additional charge of Secretary, Health & FW; Hari Ramulu as Commissioner, Presidency division; Alokesh Prosad Roy as Commissioner, Panchayat, West Bengal and Rajat Nanda was posted as ADM, Purba Bardhamann.
