Minor reshuffle of IAS officers in West Bengal

As many as 8 IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in West Bengal. Accordingly, Rajesh Kumar Sinha has been appointed as Secretary, Agricultural Marketing and has also been given the additional charge of Secretary, Mass Education Extension and Library Services and Secretary, Labour. Similarly, Indevar Pandey was posted as Principal Secretary, Public Works and also given the additional charge of Managing Director, WBHDC and Advisor Industries; Sharad Kumar Dwivedi as District Magistrate, South Dinajpur; Kanwaljit Singh Cheema as Managing Director, West Bengal Warehousing Corporation and ex-officio Secretary, Food and Supplies; Mrs Smita Pandey as Joint Secretary, Consumer Affairs; Puneet Yadav as Additional Director General, Administrative Training Institute; Gopal Krishna as Director General, ATI and Dr Krishna Gupta was appointed as Principal Resident Commissioner.
