Mishra is ahead in Railway Board Member\'s race

Latest information says that P S Mishra is   ahead in the race for Member Traffic in Railway Board(RB) . Presently  he is  the  General Manager, South Eastern Railway(SER) and scheduled to retire in April 2021. He is a 1982 batch IRTS officer.
