MK Singh appointed CELE, NFR

Manoj Kumar Singh has been transferred from Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW) to Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) and posted as Chief Electric Locomotive Engineer (CELE). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
