MoD wants updated data on Land holding encroachments

MoD has asked its Services and Defence organisations to prepare and maintain data on land encroachments. It should be updated and sent to DG, DE by local Military Authorities, concerned designated officers every six months as on June 30 and December 31. Updated data of defence land such as land holding, encroachment, removal of encroachments is required by the Ministry in connection with the Parliament questions, Court cases etc.
