Modi takes over as NIA Chief

Y C Modi has taken over as National Investigation Agency (NIA) Chief succeeding Sharad Kumar. A 1984 batch IPS officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre, Modi will hold the post till his superannuation on May 31, 2021.
