MoF seems to be not interested to clear pending payments
Ministries and departments are desperate to convince the finance ministry about the clearance of pending bills of research scholars and stipends. But the concerned ministry is not interested to buzz. The Ministry of education, social justice, science & tech, minority affairs are badly affected.
