More JS yet to join

Joining of Joint Secretaries , who are appointed on Lateral basis, is very slow. According to information out of nine only three have joined. Lateral Entry JS have joined in the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways and in Civil Aviation.. There is no official information of joining of six others JS. These Joint Secretaries were selected for Agriculture, Commerce, Economic Affairs, Financial Services, New And Renewable Energy, Environment , Road Transport & Highways and Shipping
