MoRTH sets up 24x7 control room to monitor rain-related problems

With immediate effect, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway (MoRTH) has set up a Control Room to monitor the problems arising from heavy rains impacting the operation of National Highways in the country, such as disruption of traffic, accidents due to poor visibility and potholes, waterlogging, road obstruction, landslides, etc. the control room will function 24x7.
