MOS are a disgusted lot ?
Ministers of State (MoS) in the union cabinet are said to be a disgruntled lot. Despite PM's advice MoSs have not been given any important portfolio. Many have no work. According to sources in the present govt, very few MoS are enjoying little powers otherwise maximum are for name sake.
