The Memorandum of Understanding for the year 2018-19, providing various performance parameters to HUDCO, was signed between Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) and Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA) on 24 th April, 2018. The MoU was signed by D.S. Mishra, Secretary, MoHUA and Dr. M. Ravi Kanth, Chairman & Managing Director, HUDCO. It is significant that HUDCO has received ‘Excellent’ rating for performance consistently during the last six years. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that HUDCO has achieved 100% in respect of all the parameters during 2015-16 and 2016-17.
