MoU signed between SECL, CG Rajya Gramin Bank

In the august presence of SECL Director (Human Resources) Biranchi Das and Director (Finance) D Sunil Kumar, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) and Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank (CRGB) for inclusion of SECL employees’ salary accounts under the Corporate Salary Package, similar to those offered by nationalized banks. The MoU was signed by Durga Prasad Samal, General Manager (HR – Coordination/Employee Establishment) on behalf of SECL, and Amarjeet Singh Khanuja, Assistant General Manager (Business & Credit/Operations), CRGB Headquarters, Raipur, on behalf of the bank. This marks the first-ever MoU signed by SECL at Coal India subsidiary level with a regional rural bank. With this agreement, 3,637 SECL employees who have salary accounts with CRGB will now be eligible for Corporate Salary Package benefits. Following this MoU, 99% of SECL employees will fall under the ambit of Corporate Salary Packages.
