MP SIC never completed IC appointment quota

Madhya Pradesh State Information Commission (MPSIC) has 10 positions of Information Commissioners but these were never filled to its full capacity and remained confined to five. Out of these, Vijay Yadav is the Chief Information Commissioner (CIC); Umashankar Pachouri; Vandana Gandhi and Omkar Nath are occupying the chairs while others remain vacant.
