MP Travel Mart from 7 to 10 October, CM Mohan Yadav to inaugurate

Bhopal: The seventh edition of the Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart (MPTM) 2026 will be held from October 7 to 10 at the Kushabhau Thakre International Convention Centre (Minto Hall), Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will inaugurate the four-day event, chaired by Minister of State for Culture, Tourism, Religious Trusts and Endowments Dharmendra Singh Lodhi.

Secretary Tourism and Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board, Dr. Ilaiyaraaja T., said more than 100 international delegates from over 34 countries and more than 1,000 domestic tour operators from 15 states and Union Territories will participate. The state recorded 21.05 crore tourist visits in 2025, a 57% increase.

More than 10,000 pre-scheduled B2B meetings will connect buyers, tour operators, hotels, airlines and travel agencies with 355 local tourism stakeholders. Investment proposals and agreements worth over ₹1,100 crore are being finalised, including a ₹848.40-crore project in Ramgarh, Sehore, by M/s A.R.M. Foods Private Limited.

Twelve strategic MoUs and agreements will cover driver training, rural homestays, motorcycle routes, adventure tourism, motorsports, film tourism and digital innovation. Partnerships include IITTM Gwalior, Gram Stay, Royal Enfield, ATOAI, NATRAX, Artemisia College of Art & Design (ACAD), The Viral Fever (TVF), Krarck Family Office and Explurger.

The event will also feature wildlife, adventure and MICE discussions, a multilingual tourism website, an AI-enabled digital travel handbook and VR experiences. Sixteen familiarisation trips will take more than 200 tourism experts across the state’s heritage, wildlife, spiritual and adventure circuits.
