Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has contributed Rs.5 crore to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund Natural Calamity. The contribution was handed over to Chief Minister, B S Yediyurappa by M Venkatesh, Managing Director, MRPL at Chief Minister’s official residence ‘Krishna’ in the presence of Ms Manjula C, Chairperson, CSR & SD Committee and Independent Director, MRPL, B H V Prasad, GGM(HR), Ministers, elected representatives of D K district. Karnataka state has witnessed unprecedented heavy rains resulting in floods and several districts have been affected.
