Jaya Verma Sinha is a 1986 batch IRTS officer while Ms Anjali Goyal, Member Finance belongs to a 1985 batch of IRAS and Roop Narayan Sunkar, Member Infrastructure is of the same 1985 batch IRSE officer. Besides, Naveen Gulati, Member Traction & Rolling Stock is a 1986 batch IREES officer. Gulati is a batchmate of Mrs Jaya Verma.
