Mrs Astha Saxena Khatwahi has been posted as Principal Chief Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Road, Transport & Highways (MRTH) and Ministry of Port, Shipping and Waterways, New Delhi. She is a 1991 batch HAG level ICAS officer.
