Mrs Mahanta gets Secy Assam HRC addl charge

Mrs Kavyashree Mahanta Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Fishery Department has been posted as Secretary, Assam Human Rights Commission as additional charge. She also holds the post of Secretary Government of Assam, Fishery Department. She is a 2012 batch IAS officer.
