Mrs. Parekh appointed Chairperson, Tirupati Tyres Ltd

Mrs. Nikita Parekh has been appointed Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of Tirupati Tyres Limited. Besides, Saugat Mahapatra has been appointed as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Meanwhile, Mrs. Namita Kudkar has been appointed as Additional Independent Director and Atul Pawar has been made as the Whole-Time Director of the company.
