Mrs Rashmi Govil appointed as Director (HR), IOCL

Mrs Rashmi Govil, ED, IOCL, has been appointed as Director (Human Resources), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved her appointment to the post.
