Ms. Adusumilli re-designated MD, Tanvi Foods (India) Ltd

Ms. Vasavi Adusumilli, Whole Time Director, Tanvi Foods (India) Limited, has been re-designated as Managing Director of the company. Meanwhile, Sri Nagaveer Adusumilli has resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company and was appointed as Additional Director and Managing Director. Besides, Sai Sumith Balusu and Ms. Badram Vijaya Lakshmi have been appointed as Additional Directors (Independent) of the company.
