Ms Anjali Bhawra, Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment, has been assigned an additional charge of Secretary, Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) till November 15, 2022. She is a 1988 batch IAS officer of Punjab cadre.
