Ms Malini Shankar is first 1984 batch IAS officer to retire at Secretary level !
Ms Malini Shankar, who is presently Director General, Shipping, Ministry of Shipping, will be the first Secretary of 1984 batch to retire among empanelled Secretary level officers of 1984 batch. Ms Malini, who is Maharashtracadre IAS officer, is due to retire on December 31, 2018.
