Ms. Mathur appointed GM, NER

Ms. Saumya Mathur, presently working as Additional Member (Finance), Railway Board, has been appointed as General Manager (GM), North Eastern Railway (NER). She is an  Indian Railway Management Service (IRMS) officer.
