MS Mathur appointed GM, SWR

Mukul Saran Mathur, who is presently serving as Additional Member (Commercial), Railway Board, has been appointed as General Manager (GM), South Western Railway (SWR). He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
