MS Mathur moved as PCCM, WCR
Mukul Saran Mathur – who is presently posted as Chief Operations Manager (G) on Northern Railway (NR) – has been moved to West Central Railway (WCR) and posted as Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM) in place of Rajesh Pathak. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
